We are very pleased to announce that Aaron Chapman's Vancouver after Dark and Ivan Coyote's Rebent Sinner are both finalists for the 2020 BC and Yukon Book Prizes!

Aaron's book, a colorful history of Vancouver's nightclub scene, is shortlisted for the Bill Duthie Booksellers Choice Prize. It's Aaron's third consecutive book to be so honored; in 2015, he won the award for Live at the Commodore, his history of Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom.

Ivan's book, their 11th with Arsenal, is shortlisted twice - for the Hubert Evans Non-Fiction Prize as well as the inaugural Jim Deva Prize for Writing that Provokes, named in honour of the late co-owner of Vancouver's storied Little Sister's bookstore.
