5 Arsenal titles receive Lambda Literary Award nominations
We're excited and proud that five Arsenal books have been nominated for Lambda Literary Awards, the preeminent writing prize for LGBTQ authors: Jonny Appleseed by Joshua Whitehead, Little Fish by Casey Plett, Sketchtasy by Mattilda Bernstein Sycamore, Sodom Road Exit by Amber Dawn, and The Tiger Flu by Larissa Lai.
Jonny Appleseed (which was also a finalist for the Governor General's Literary Award and longlisted for the Scotiabank Giller Prize) is nominated in the category of gay fiction; Sodom Road Exit and The Tiger Flu are nominated in lesbian fiction; and Little Fish and Sketchtasy are nominated in trans fiction.
