Christian Gaudreault was the co-owner of Vancouver's Tomato Fresh Food Cafe with his wife Star Spilos. He spent his childhood in Quebec, where he grew up working in his family's restaurant. He has worked in Europe with famed chef and restaurateur Umberto Menghi.
