Aaron Ash is the founder of Gorilla Food, an acclaimed organic, vegan, raw food restaurant in downtown Vancouver, Canada that will expand to new locations in the Lower Mainland in fall 2012. He was a personal chef to Mike-D of the Beastie Boys when he lived in Los Angeles. Aaron is also an in-demand caterer for high-profile events around North America.
