Sodom Road by Amber Dawn shortlisted for Sunburst Award
Amber Dawn's novel Sodom Road Exit has been shortlisted for a Sunburst Award for Excellence in Canadian Literature of the Fantastic, in the category of Adult Fiction.
Sodom Road Exit was also a finalist for a Lambda Literary Award, and was named one of 2018's best books of the year by The Globe and Mail.
Amber Dawn's other books include the Lambda Literary Award-winning novel Sub Rosa, the Vancouver Book Award-winning memoir How Poetry Saved My Life, and, as co-editor, Hustling Verse: An Anthology of Sex Workers' Poetry, publishing in fall 2019.
